By downloading, installing, or using Vegas Video Poker ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SW Tech LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

You must be at least 17 years old (iOS) or 13 years old (Android) to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement in your jurisdiction.

Vegas Video Poker is a social casino video poker game for mobile devices. The App provides:

• Daily reminder notifications for free credit availability

3. Entertainment Only — No Real Money Gambling

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The App does not offer real-money gambling or any opportunity to win real money, prizes, or anything of real-world value.
• Success in the App's virtual gameplay does not predict, imply, or guarantee success in real-money gambling environments.
• The App is not a casino, gambling service, or betting platform of any kind.
• All card dealing, shuffling, and outcomes are simulated for entertainment and do not constitute games of chance for anything of value.

4. Virtual Credits and Currency

Regarding virtual credits:

• Virtual credits are provided solely to facilitate gameplay and have no monetary value whatsoever.
• Virtual credits cannot be sold, transferred, traded, redeemed, or converted to real money or any item of value.
• Daily free credits are provided as a gameplay feature and do not represent a monetary gift or prize of any kind.
• We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual credits at any time without notice or compensation.
• Any dollar signs ($) or currency-style formatting displayed within the App are purely decorative, representing virtual credit denominations only.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use any bot, script, or automated means to interact with the App
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a third party
• Attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages
• Use the App in any jurisdiction where social casino apps are prohibited by law
• Represent to others that virtual credits have real monetary value

7. Push Notifications

The App may request permission to send local push notifications to remind you that daily free play credits are available. By granting notification permission you consent to receive these reminders. You may withdraw consent at any time by disabling notifications for the App in your device Settings. We will never use notifications to solicit real-money purchases or personal information.

All content within the App — including but not limited to software code, graphics, animations, sound effects, text, and game mechanics — is owned by or licensed to SW Tech LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written permission.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SW TECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $0, AS NO REAL MONEY IS INVOLVED IN THE APP.

10. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
