Vegas Video Poker is published by SW Tech LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("App") on iOS and Android devices.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Vegas Video Poker does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or any personal information to use the App.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers — used solely to deliver the App experience and local notifications.
• Usage Data: App session information such as screens viewed and features used, collected in aggregate and anonymous form to improve the App.
• Crash Reports: Anonymous crash diagnostics to help us identify and fix bugs.

2.3 Game Data

All game data — including your virtual credit balance, hand history, achievements, streak count, and settings — is stored locally on your device only using AsyncStorage. This data is never transmitted to our servers.

3. Push Notifications

We may request permission to send you local push notifications to remind you that your daily free play credits are available. Specifically:

• Notifications are scheduled locally on your device — no personal data is sent to external servers to deliver them.
• You may revoke notification permission at any time in your device's Settings app.
• Notifications are solely for game reminders and will never include advertising, promotional offers, or requests for personal information.

4. For Entertainment Only — No Real Money

Vegas Video Poker is a social casino game for entertainment purposes only. We want to be absolutely clear:

• We do not collect or process any payment information.
• There are no real-money purchases within the App.
• Virtual credits and in-game currency have no real-world monetary value.
• No real money is wagered, won, or exchanged through the App.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not currently integrate third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social SDKs that collect personally identifiable information. If this changes, this Policy will be updated before any such integration is released.

6. Children's Privacy

Vegas Video Poker is rated 17+ (iOS) and Teen (Android) due to simulated gambling content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately at privacy@swtechllc.com and we will delete any such information promptly.

7. Data Retention

Since all game data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App. Crash reports and anonymous analytics (if any) are retained for no longer than 90 days.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. Since we collect minimal data and store game data locally, most of these rights can be exercised by simply deleting the App. For any other requests, contact us below.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect any information we process. Since game data is stored exclusively on-device, the security of your game data is governed by your device's operating system security features.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. If changes are material, we will notify you through an in-app notice or updated App Store listing. Your continued use of the App after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
